Under French law no. 2018-771 of September 5, 2018, on the Freedom to choose a professional future, companies concerned by this law are required to calculate the indicators that determine their level of commitment toward gender equality in the workplace. This index takes five indicators into account (the gender wage gap, salary increases, promotions, salary increases after maternity leave and the gender breakdown of a company’s top ten earners).
In 2020, BPCE LEASE pursues its commitment to this initiative, achieving 90 points out of 100.
BPCE CAR LEASE achieved 86 points out of 100 in 2020, progressing up from its first publication in 2019.
