Accessibility for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing


BPCE Lease now offers phone access to persons who are deaf or hard of hearing. Thanks to our partnership with ACCEO, our customers who are deaf or hard of hearing can now communicate with BCPE Lease more easily with the help of a professional interpreter or e-transcriber.

Customers may choose from three ways of communicating:

Transcription instantanée de la parole Instant word transcription: Chat directly with your BPCE Lease contact. An Acceo operator instantly transcribes your contact’s words on your screen.
Visio-interpretation langue des signes francaise French sign language (Langue des Signes Française [LSF]) video interpreting : An Acceo operator translates what you sign out loud in real time. They then will sign the content of your BPCE Lease contact back to you.
Visio-codage langue francaise parlée complétée French language cued speech (Langue française Parlée Complétée [LPC]) video coding : Chat directly with your BPCE Lease contact. An Acceo operator instantly codes your contact’s words back to you on your screen.
